At Me & Mimi, we are committed to ensuring you receive your products in perfect condition. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

- Our Assessment: We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (damaged or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage or defect, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

- We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects.
