The Hyräily pattern cushion cover is made of unbleached cotton panama, which is printed in Helsinki. The cover has a zipper on one side. 50% of the cotton used in this product is recycled.
Maija Louekari’s abstract Hyräily (humming) was hand-painted with a thick brush. This stripe-like pattern painted with a relaxed hand follows the rhythm of humming. According to the designer, the hand-painting accentuates the carefree beauty of everyday life – we don’t always have to have only straight lines and right angles.
