Kukasta Kukkaan Tea Towel Set of 2

This set includes two tea towels printed in different coloured Kukasta Kukkaan patterns. The fabrics are printed in Helsinki. The towels have hanging loops on the long edge.

This set is made of a cotton and linen blend, which contains 48% recycled cotton, 31% organic cotton and 21% linen. Unbleached fabrics, as well as fabrics containing recycled fibres, have a natural lively colour and surface where small different coloured areas may appear. There may be differences between products regarding this feature.

Erja Hirvi brought the joyfully blossoming Kukasta Kukkaan print to life during a burst of creativity at her summer retreat, fully immersed in floral inspiration. The loosely conceived pattern emerged as she painted, capturing the myriad ways flowers appear in nature. The Finnish name of the design translates to “from flower to flower” – a nod to the playful flight of bumblebees among summer blooms.
