Great piece. Had some issues but they were ironed out

Item is great, a really stunning piece and very unique. I was originally sent the wrong item. It was a bit inconvenient having to send it back and then get the replacement but I was really impressed how the overall issue was handled. Prompt, responsive and understanding.
